How to Anxious Attachment
1) Be honest about your feelings/needs from the start, this will help you figure out, who's real and who is a spy.
2)  Stop associating the adrenaline rush from fighting, the constant back and fourth with adrenaline that real love brings.
3) Practice understanding that other's behaviors are NOT personal.

4) Reinsurance yourself that on days where your partner is distant, quieter than usual, and or  they just seems off, that it is not the worst case scenario, and they ARE NOT going to leave you.
